Indulekha Bringha Hair Oil Review
My relationship with my hair is not the same as it was a few years ago. At that time, my hair used to be long, smooth, and straight. After that corona period, Covid caused me a worse hair fall. I never had that much hair shedding. I tried many hair oils. Nothing worked for me. Then I saw this Indulekha Bringha hair oil in a medical store. The storekeeper told me that this is the oil that doctors always prescribe to patients.
I bought a bottle of Indulekha Hair oil that day. It was advised to use this hair oil for at least 4 months to see its effectiveness, so, I tried it in 4 months straight 3 times a week.
Total 4 bottles of Indulekha Hair oil were used in 4 months of 350 ml in total.

Does Indulekha Bringha Hair Oil Works and Regrow Hair?- My Experience
Due to covid, I was suffering from severe hair loss since last year. Not only hair fall but also some bald patches were prominent around temples long before covid, due to my bad habit of taking too much stress.
The Indulekha bringha hair oil is advised to use for 4 months straight.
I started using this oil on 24the Jan 2022, so to see the results I had to use Indulekha Hair oil up to May end. And so, I did.
I used Indulekha oil 3 times a week and sometimes only 2 times due to my tough schedule for 4 months and the results were unbelievably great. I couldn’t believe it. It helped me a lot in fighting hair fall. I didn’t find any hair lying on the floor or in the comb. Just some nominal strands like 10-20 which is lower than normal hair strands.
The Indulekha Oil worked for me because I used it consistently. I got proper sleep -7 hours a day. Diet and everything were normal.
I used Indulekha oil overnight and then washed it in the morning. For once, I used it only twice a week because of my busy job but you make sure to use it consistently.
Indulekha oil tends to freeze in winter as it is made from virgin coconut oil. Just pour some warm water into a jug and put the bottle inside for 10-15 minutes or you can try this oil in summer.
When I first saw the results of the Indulekha oil, I thought why didn’t I use this oil earlier! After using it 3-4 times, I could see lesser hair strands while combing and slowly it almost stopped my hair fall. I could feel my hair strengthen.
And also, it made my hair shade a bit darker.
I think Indulekha hair oil is the best hair oil, I have ever used and ever worked.
As for the hair regrowth, I did NOT see any hair regrowing on my hair-thinned area around the temples. I won’t say it doesn’t work as I used it only for 4 months. Maybe I should use it for a longer period for hair regrowth to happen. Also to note, it took 350 ML of oil in 4 months.

Side Effects of Indulekha Hair Oil
After using it for 4 months continuously, I thought now my hair fall is reduced, I could use my earlier coconut oil. And as I did, after using it 3 times, my earlier hair fall issue came back to haunt me.
And this time I was severely stressed to see my hair fall. I also noticed that Indulekha didn’t regrow my hair as it claims in the ads.
As soon as I stopped using Indulekha oil, my hair fall problem became severe again and I was losing hair strands just as earlier. It stopped working as soon as I stopped using this oil. This was the biggest side effect I have ever seen.
So from now on, I am using only pure virgin coconut and mustard oil (homemade) for my hair which I used in my childhood.

What is hair loss?
Hair loss also known as alopecia is the loss of hair from the scalp. To understand hair loss, we have to know that hair follicle growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (ANAGEN), a short transitional phase (CATAGEN), and a short resting phase (TELOGEN). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (EXOGEN) and new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again.
What is excessive hair loss/Clinical loss?
Our scalp on average loses up to 150 strands of hair every day. To maintain regular volume, hair needs to be replaced at the same rate at which it is lost. For this, it is critical to maintaining a healthy scalp because that is where the roots of the hair reside.
If the rate of hair fall is more than 100-150 strands a day, it can not be called normal hair loss. It is then called clinical hair loss which requires treatment.
What are the reasons for excessive hair loss?
- Poor blood circulation
- Lack of nutrition
- Involutional alopecia
- Lack of exercise
- Lack of sleep
How is Indulekha Bringha oil manufactured?
Ayurveda, the oldest Indian health care system prescribes not only the importance of the herbs but also how they are extracted and used. Indulekha-Bringha Oil is prepared by using extracts from Bhringha and Svetakutaja, known for their medicinal properties. The herb is then soaked in virgin coconut oil and matured under natural sunlight for up to 7 days. The power of the Sun and the potency of these go into making Indulekha Bringha Oil.
Why is regular hair oil not effective?
Hair at the scalp’s surface, the cells within the strands of the hair are not alive anymore. The hair you see on the scalp contains dead cells. The roots are the only living part of the hair. During normal application of regular oil, you end up wasting hair oil on the hair strands or palms of your hands. This way of application is wasteful and not effective enough.
Why is Indulekha Bringha Oil effective?
Indulekha Bringha Oil is not a regular hair oil, but an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine recommended by Ayurvedic physicians. A Clinical test conducted by an independent CRO has proven that it not only reduces hair fall but also grows new hair. Indulekha brings together the power of all the above-mentioned herbs, which are then manufactured slowly and meticulously.
It has a pre-fitted “Selfie comb“ a unique, dispensing mechanism that deposits the medicinal oil directly on the scalp where it is actually required, reaching the roots of the hair.
What are the other benefits of using Indulekha Bringha Oil?
It contains an ingredient known in Ayurveda granthas which reduces dandruff and premature greying.
What is the right dosage and administration?
Apply regularly and leave in for two to three hours. Wash and clean your scalp with Indulekha Bringha Hair Cleanser. If the problem persists, please consult a physician.
If your Bringha oil has, solidified just dip the Indulekha bottle in warm water for a few minutes. Do not worry, the efficacy of the medicine oil remains unchanged.
