Welcome to Mamaearth Retinol Face Serum Review. The first time I heard about this retinol serum of mamaearth, I just grabbed it. I have been using Mamaearth Retinol Face Serum since Mid-January.

I had a few fine lines over my forehead. So I was kind of looking through the retinol products.

How To Use Mamaearth Retinol Face Serum 

1 : Pump the serum out on a fingertip. Apply dots all over the face & neck.

2 : Gently massage in an upward circular motion until completely absorbed.

3 : For best results, apply at night before sleeping.

4 : If applying during the day, always follow it up with a sunscreen.

My Take On Mamaearth Retinol Face Serum 

Let us talk thoroughly about this Mamaearth Retinol Serum.

Packaging

Mamaearth Retinol Serum comes in a pump bottle. Its has a transparent to cover the pump. The pump dispenses the exact amount of serum needed to be applied on face.

The packaging is quite good and handy. It is also spill proof and hence doesn’t let to waste. It has full detailed label around it.

Texture and Consistency

The texture of the retinol serum is thicker than any other serum I have used. It has a creamy texture but it does spreads quite easily and gets absorb into the skin good and nice.

 

Fragrance

The fragrance of this retinol face serum is like herbal and natural. I really can’t place it. It is not bad. But I am not quite fond of the frangrance of thos face serum

Result:

The Retinol takes much more time to start showing its visible differences than any other ingredients like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide etc.  after 4-6 weeks.

And I have had used mamaearth retinol serum for more than 4 months. I think I have given this retinol serum. 

I have used this serum in night time because in day time, its too pollution, harm sun rays, dust etc. that affects your skin. The retinol serum works better at night because sleeps give you enough time to repair your skin.

It is mentioned that you can apply it in daytime too but this retinol serum must followed with a sunscreen.

Since I have been using this retinol serum, slowly my skin is looking better and healthier than before. 

Sure it took  some time, but results were visible. It gets absorb into the skin really good and made my skin healthier, moisturized and so smooth. 

I have a combination skin type. And this retinol serum my skin looks normal. Neither dry, nor oily. It didn’t even cause any break-outs. 

This retinol serum works great for oily T-Zone too. Didn’t feel any oily/greasy/stickyness behind after using it. I think it would work great for oily skin too.

My skin felt soft and supple after using this face serum. It has made my skin plump.

Well yes!

I used to have some fine lines over my forehead. My face had become a bit saggy due to my lack of “Skincare” regimen and nose had a bit dark spots before. My chin was a bit dark from the under the lower lip.

I have had used mamaearth retinol serum for more than 4 months. Those above mentioned signs are reduced to great extent. 

Specially the fine lines. They are now almost not ‘visible’. They are not completely gone, of course. Only less prominent than before.

Thanks to this Retinol serum. I didn’t have the fine lines for a long time. So if you want to try it and has deep fine lines and wrinkles you wanna do it really strict and for a bit longer time. Fine lines and wrinkles doesn’t go away in a blink. 

Recommendation

This retinol serum is good for both dry and oily skin type. Mamaearth says this retinol serum is for all skin types.

If your skin looks saggy and a few fine lines  and dark spots are there, you should try this face serum.

I suggest use it at night. And in day time you can try any other serum to enhance the repairing of your skin.
