Welcome to my new Indigo Powder review. Though I have used Attar ayurveda Indigo powder before Deewal indigo powder, But I am reviewing it later. So, lets get it started.

HOW TO USE ATTAR AYURVEDA INDIGO POWDER

First wash your hair with a herbal shampoo to remove any oil residue from you hair.

Apply henna paste onto your hair for 2-3 hour maximum and then wash off.

Next day, Take out the required quantity of indigo leaves powder in a glass or iron bowl. Mix it with lukewarm water. Mix it will until all clumps are dissolved. Keep it as its for 4-5 minutes just to make sure that it has combined with water well and ready to leave it dye. Just after that time, without wasting any time, apply the paste on your henna dyed hair. Leave it on for 45-60 min then rinse off without using shampoo.

Caution:- Make sure you don’t have any oil residue in your hair. To make sure of it, you can wash your hair a day before applying indigo powder paste.

Also Do Not mix anything in indigo powder as it won’t leave its dye.

Attar Ayurveda Indigo Powder comes in a white-light green colored carton box. You have to keep it air tight or it will slowly turn greyish green. The reason is basically of indigo powder contacts with air, it gets oxidized and turn into little greyish color and doesn’t leave it dye then.

So you have to be really careful about how you handle its packing after using every time.

TEXTURE AND EFFECT

The Texture of Attar Ayurveda Indigo Powder is same as any other henna only its color is bright green while henna is a little dark green. Also henna is easy to soak up. Well indigo powder take a bit time like 1-2 min extra to get mix up.

MY TAKE ON THE ATTAR AYURVEDA INDIGO POWDER

I applied henna on the same day. Then after 2-3 hours gap, I applied it and keept it for one hour and washed it off. It turned my hair like this.

I think it woud have worked more effective if I would have used it next day of henna application.
But it still worked great. It turned my hair reddish brown which is good because I have brown hair. So I wanted to have brown color- not black. It looks so unnatural on my hair.
But it still could do better.
