Ingredients in Mamaearth Skin Illuminate Serum
Active ingredients in this Mamaearth Vitamin c serum are:

Nymphaea Alba Flower Extract: It has an intensely nourishing, moisturizing, and regenerating effect on the skin. It brightens the complexion, strengthens capillaries, and soothes irritation, redness, and infections. It helps in the reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars.
Turmeric: Turmeric contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components. These characteristics provide luster and glow to the skin. It also revives skin by bringing out its natural radiance.
Squalene: It is a detoxifier and plays a vital role in protecting and lubricating skin. It boosts hydration, which helps skin look healthy and vibrant. It has antioxidants that fight skin damage and free radicals. Squalane helps in firming the skin as it boosts collagen production. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Full ingredients list: Aqua, Ethoxydiglycol, Sodium Palmitoyl Proline, Nymphea Alba Flower Extract, Butylene glycol, Sodium hydroxide, Sophora Flavescens Root Extract, Glycyrrhiza Inflata Root extract. In-detail and My Experience with Mamaearth Skin Illuminate Serum
Packaging, Texture, and Consistency
Mamaearth Vitamin C Serum comes in a white pump bottle with its carton box and has all the necessary information about the product like usage, ingredients, tips, caution, manufacturing date, etc. and is quite travel-friendly, sturdy, and convenient to use as it dispenses just the right amount to be used.
This Vitamin c serum is lightweight and creamy in texture and consistency and has a mild citrusy fragrance which I personally like. My bottle lasted for about a month and a half.
Effects
First thing, I have a combination skin type with a little blemish on my left cheek which is very light and my skincare regimen is cleansing with a gel-based face wash, Mamaearth Vitamin C toner and then this mamaearth skin illuminate serum. After using it for two months, I have noticed that my skin is a bit fairer and more illuminating than before and not dull like before.
This Skin illuminating Serum is very gentle on the skin and just does what it claims and is not greasy at all. I think it works really great especially for dull skin as it just illuminates and lifts up your skin and you can see the result just after a couple of weeks of using it.
It brightens up the skin as it contains Vitamin C which boosts collagen and heals the skin. It is also known for reducing fine lines but didn’t work for me as I just used to for two months and honestly, it depends on other things too
So Does it fulfill its claims?
It doesn’t entirely end upHyperpigmentation, just cleared the whole skin from the inside as a whole and does Brighten face, and firms the skin a bit but Ididn’t see any reduction in Fine Lines, and it is suitable for most of skin types as I cannot say anything for sensitive skin.
If you have hyperpigmentation, try using it only on the affected area for some time, and if it’s working, keep using it and if not, just apply it on the whole face and then try other serums.
