How to Use Plum Chamomile & White Tea Sheer Matte Day Cream

Dot your face with cream. One dot each on forehead, both cheeks, nose and chin (5 dots in all) and gently massage in with finger tips in small upward-outward circles, and also don’t forget neck and arms. Reapply after 3-4 hours.

Allow at least 10 mins before you step out in the sun. This allows the sunscreen to settle down and stay effective.

My Experience with Plum Chamomile & White Tea Sheer Matte Day Cream Sunscreen

I chose this Plum Sheer Matte Day Cream because I currently using so many skin care products and this plum day cream has SPF 50 in it which is a great feature as now I have to carry a one less skin care product with me.

After serum, I just use this day cream and no after sunscreen because this plum cream is a day cream + sunscreen.

I have a combination skin and sweat easily, so the heavy products are off my list. When I first took out this cream on my fingers, the consistency was thick and I thought it was a mistake buying this, but I thought of giving it a try anyway. And when I applied it on my face, it DID NOT quickly absorb but I kept massaging. It looked like it was giving a white cast but then I keep massaging it and finally it got absorbed into the skin nicely and evenly. I wore it whole day to see whether it comes off my skin with sweat but thankfully, it DID NOT.

It feels thick when applied on the skin but it gets absorbs into the skin nicely. At starts, it feels like this plum day cream would give a white cast due to its thick creamy white texture but it soon blends into the skin with a little extra massage. And after that Plum gives you what it promises- Sheer Matte skin.

My skin no longer feels oily or greasy at oil. On the contrary, it gives a matte finish look to my face skin, but also a moisturized feel with an extra protection of SPF. Dry skin people should avoid this face cream as this Plum Day cream might actually dry your skin further.

It provides you an oil-free look with a moisturized and refreshed feel, hence making it good choice in summers. It didn’t cause any breakouts to my skin.

Plum claims that this day cream is also suitable for normal skin which it might but I recommend using smaller pack to try first, rather than using full product.

I have only used Plum day cream from this range and would love to try its other variants to namely, Plum facewash and toner.

I work in an AC environment hence my skin doesn’t sweat but as an vital information, this face cream is not actually sweat resistant and you will feel as soon as you will apply it to your face. So, during sunny day, I won’t prefer using it.

Best Suitable for: Combination and Normal and Slightly Dry Skin

Not Suitable for: Sweaty, Very Dry Oily and Acne-prone Skin
